We offer two different materials for the water jacket,  carbon steel water jacket and stainless steel water jacket.
We use a water tank for the heating system with the heating tube. and also use a magnetic level gauge to monitor the water level. Have automatic water filling function.

The heating cycle pump can send the hot water in the heating water tank to heat the sterilizer cycling in the water jacket.

    How does a heating and hot water circulation system work?

    Control and Regulation: The system includes controls and thermostats that allow users to set desired temperatures for different zones or areas within the building. The controls monitor the temperature and activate or deactivate the circulation pump accordingly to maintain the desired comfort levels.
    Hot Water Supply: In addition to space heating, the system may also provide hot water for domestic use. A separate water storage tank or heat exchanger can be integrated into the system to heat the water, which is then supplied to taps, showers, and other fixtures.
    Circulation Loop: The hot water or heating fluid, after releasing its heat in the heat emitters, returns to the heat source through a separate pipe network, forming a closed-loop circulation system.
